王家来博士美国阿拉巴马大学土木建筑与环境工程学院教授
研究方向：FRP结构、混凝土改性、结构加固、建筑功能材料等。

1996-2003年美国阿克伦大学土木工程专业博士
工作经历：
2005-2006北达科他州立大学土木工程学院助理教授
2006-2011阿拉巴马大学土木建筑与环境工程学院助理教授
2011-2017阿拉巴马大学土木建筑与环境工程学院副教授
2017-至今阿拉巴马大学土木建筑与环境工程学院教授
