On the morning of August 30, the School of Civil Engineering held the Third Interim Session of the Faculty and Staff Congress together with a General Assembly in the third-floor lecture hall.. The meeting was chaired by Wang Yuyin, Secretary of the School Party Committee, with representatives of the Faculty and Staff Congress as well as all faculty and staff members. 

During the interim session of the Faculty and Staff Congress, Dean Chen Wenli delivered a report on the Overall Performance Evaluation Scheme (Detailed Rules) of the School of Civil Engineering (2025 Edition) and provided an in-depth explanation of the revisions. The scheme was approved following a vote by the participating representatives.

During the all-staff meeting, Dean Chen Wenli briefed attendees on the key points of the University’s summer work conference and introduced the main content of the consultation meeting on proposed human resources policies. Vice Dean Zhou Wei conveyed the University’s arrangements and requirements for the upcoming undergraduate teaching evaluation and delivered a motivational address. Party Secretary Wang Yuyin emphasized that, at the start of the new semester, all work must strictly adhere to bottom-line requirements, and reminded all faculty and staff to strengthen safety awareness and ensure rigorous safety practices.
