On the afternoon of December 30, the Party Committee of the School of Civil Engineering convened the 2025 annual debriefing meeting for faculty Party branch secretaries, together with the Party branch assessment and review session, in Meeting Room 217 of the Research Building. The meeting was chaired by Wang Yuyin, Secretary of the School Party Committee, and members of the Party Committee served as the evaluation panel.
At the meeting, Party branch secretaries delivered work reports in accordance with the assessment indicators and the “seven key strengths” requirements for Party branch capacity building. Their presentations focused on the overall progress of branch work over the past year, the implementation of the “three lists and one commitment”, an analysis of existing issues, and work plans for the coming year.
Secretary Wang Yuyin, Dean Chen Wenli, and other Party Committee members provided comments on each branch’s performance. The meeting emphasized that all Party branches should persist in strengthening conviction and forging unity through the Party’s innovative theories, continue to build strong and effective grassroots Party organizations, and further enhance standardization and institutionalization in Party branch development. It also underscored the need to deepen the integration of Party building with the School’s core tasks, give full play to Party branches’ role in political leadership and political inclusion, and further align efforts with the goal of striving to be at the forefront, so as to promote the School’s high-quality development through high-quality Party building.
